I have worked in the industry for 30 years and started Joyce Flood + Associates in 1996.

My design is functional, catering to clients' unique lifestyle. The first step in my design process is listening to clients' needs and wishes. Combined with my experience and knowledge, I come up with different design options that would suit their lifestyle. I work closely with clients during the design process. During construction, I am always around to work with builders. 

I love what I do and feel lucky to have a good group of people around me.
